The online registration site is now closed.

 

Participants who registered before April 17th (extended to May 31, 2009) saved money and time onsite with the convenience of a pre-registration arrival process.

Registered regular participants and students are entitled to attend all scientific sessions, the exhibits, and to receive a copy of the Program and the Abstracts. In addition, the Welcoming Reception is included in the registration fee.

NOTE: Authors who wish their abstracts to be published in the MOCA-09 program must be registered by April 30, 2009.

Registration Desk
The Registration Desk will be located in Montreal’s Palais des congrès and will be open daily from Sunday, July 19th to Wednesday, July 29th, 2009. (Closed Saturday and Sunday July 25th and 26th.)

Official Receipt
An electronic receipt will be sent by email to those who have forwarded their payment and Registration Form.

Cancellation and Refunds
MOCA-09 participants may withdraw their registration in writing prior to June 30, 2009. All refunds are subject to a $75.00 CAD administration fee. No refunds accepted after June 30, 2009.
